AsenaShop accepts returns for
all brand new items purchased directly from AsenaShop, items
won or
purchased thru auctions and Amazon.com, for refund within 30
days of the invoice date provided that the item is sealed/not
opened or opened (A Minimum %25 Re-stocking fee may apply). In
order to return such item click here to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within
30 days of invoice date and AsenaShop
should receive the item within 45 days of RMA issue date. No
returns would be accepted without a RMA number.
AsenaShop does not accept any returns for fragile items, delicate
electronic equipment (such as projector lamps etc.) and software
titles in any condition. All retail merchandise warranty goes
to their manufacturers respectively. If the item is defective
you
need to contact manufacturer directly as the retail items are
covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
OEM ( White box, bulk or CD only version etc.) items purchased
from AsenaShop and items won or purchased thru auctions and Amazon.com
can be returned to AsenaShop for replacement within 30 days of
the invoice date only if the item is defective. In order to return

Opened or used items purchased from AsenaShop are sold as is and
non returnable under any circumstance.
There are no returns accepted for international purchases under
any circumstance.
-NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 25%
RE-STOCKING FEE over the item's price.
Merchandise must be returned via a traceable carrier service; e.g.
UPS, FEDEX.
Shipping & handling charges on returned merchandise is non
refundable.
-There are absolutely no returns on all software.
-Unauthorized chargebacks will be given to the Collection
Agency.
AsenaShop does not take responsibility for the manufacturer warranty,
if for any reason the manufacturer does not honor their warranty.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
AsenaShop pays for the shipping of the replacement (if applicable).
We strongly recommend fully insure your returned shipment in
case of loss or damage. Also it is good idea to select a shipping
method
which provides proof of delivery.
If you received a package damaged in shipping, it is best to refuse
the item back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you noticed
the item is damaged after you have accepted the item, please notify
the career immediately about the damage and contact us at support@asenashop.com for AsenaShop to file a claim within 5 days of the arrival of the
item.
Please be aware that the serial number on the item to be returned
must match the original serial number of the product that was shipped
to you. If you attempt to return an item that was not bought from
AsenaShop, the item will be shipped back at your expense. In addition,
all fraudulent returns will be reported to the credit card issuer.
Thank you for your understanding.
In the event of a return replacement, we’ll share the shipping
costs as follows; the customer will pay for shipping the item
back to us, and we'll pay for shipping its replacement.
This is the same policy most manufacturers employ when handling
an "in warranty" repair.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer both our "always low prices" and
pay the "round trip" cost of return shipments.
All returns must include the following:
Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags,
etc.)
Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates)
until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless
of RMA or credit request status.
Valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries,
adapters, software disks, etc.)
Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration
information, etc.)
The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's
packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used
to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received
with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or
box will
be refused and returned to you without credit approval.
