Order processing
Your order is processed as soon as it is received, and the warehouses
are generally able to ship your products within 1-2 business
days. Special processing (such as alternate shipping address
that has to be verified with bank/customer) or too many orders
for a particular product in the same period of time may delay
shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping days means working
days. We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as
possible, and will generally upgrade your shipping for free
in case of a significant delay. However, we do not guarantee
the shipping time of an order, and in case of a delay, whether
our fault or for reasons beyond our control, we do not accept
responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages.

International Orders
All international orders must be pre-qualified by Asenashop.com
after placing an order. When an order is being pre-qualified
our customer service is looking for any possible delays, incorrect
address information, any product regulations, and any likelihood
of fraud. Your receipt of an electronic or phone order confirmation
does not signify our acceptance of your order. Asenashop.com
reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order
to accept or decline your order for any reason. Some common
reasons for cancellations are: Credit Card AVS is not available<address
doesn’t match CC information>, the product is made
for only certain countries, insufficient funds, merchant services
notify us of possible fraud, post office troubles in the area,
and few other understandable reasons. There are no refunds
for items that are shipped out of the United States. The manufacturer
must be notified if there is any problem with the item that
was purchased.
Products that are shipped out of the United States must be shipped
via Express mail to ensure the arrival of an item. Claims that
are placed with USPS for international shipments must allow thirty
days after the shipment date. We are unable to provide a refund
or send a new item before this thirty day waiting period.
